Fee structure (Effective 1st February 2025)

Our fees are fully inclusive of all meals ,snacks, milk, drinks, nappies and sundry costs.

Baby Rooms (Based on 1:3 child to practitioner ratios)

Toddler Rooms (Based on 1:4 child to practitioner ratios)

* These charges are applied where a child has reached their full funding+ allocation each term or where an additional session is taken.

+ Funding for 3 and 4 year olds

Children eligible for Early Years Funding Entitlement (EYFE) will have entitlement of 15 or 30 hours per week for 38 weeks of the year. As we are open 51 weeks of the year Home from Home stretches this funding entitlement across 51 weeks of the year.

This means that the maximum funding available each week is 11/22 hours. Home from Home offers this funding at the following times, up to the maximum weekly funding eligibility allowance:

9.00am/9.30am to 16.30pm/17.00pm

Hourly care rate £9.35/£8.35

1.5 Hourly care rate £12.80/£11.80

Alternatively, families can request to access only their EYFE hours only. Meal and sundries are provides as follows:

We offer discounts for full time*, term time and siblings*

* discounts not applied to sessions for which funding is claimed

To secure a place a non refundable registration Fee of £50 is payable, plus a fully refundable deposit of £200* – this is fully refundable on serving notice and with all fees paid in full

Children accessing EYFE hours only are subject to a £100 deposit which is fully refundable within one month of starting.

Home from Home accepts Tax Free childcare, 9 months+, 2 year and 3 year funding
