Home from Home Nursery Worthing is owned and managed by Nicola Law and Julia Hatcher. They both believe passionately in creating the right learning environment for Early Years provision. A warm friendly second home to local families offering a rich learning experience. Nicola and Julia will both Asoversee the running of the nursery on a daily basis welcoming families at the front door and building close relationships and excellent communication.

Nicola is a qualified teacher with a specialism in Performing Arts and English and has worked in the childcare sector for 25 years. A mother of two boys Nicola has been managing Home from Home Nursery in Hove for 14 years. With a strong reputation established in Hove she is keen for Home from Home to continue to grow and evolve. Nicola is delighted to have now been offered the opportunity to bring Home from Home Nursery to Worthing.

Julia HatcherJulia Hatcher
Julia has a BSc (Hons) in Management Science, Economics and Business Studies and has 28 years senior managerial experience in various FTSE 100 companies. As a full time working mum with a young son and a daily commute to London, Julia knows all to well the needs and motivations when looking for child care provision. During her maternity leave Julia's interest in Early Years provision developed through work with NCT Sussex Downs. Julia has always admired the unique style of day care offered at Home from Home Nursery and welcomes this opportunity to work alongside Nicola, to develop Home from Home in a new setting
