One of the fundamental parts to delivering our unique proposition is recruiting passionate staff.  Home from Home Worthing is set in a beautiful building and extensive garden and we believe our practitioner to children ratios makes us stand out.  All are staff are qualified or are Apprentices in training and the team are led by 3 qualified teachers, We are very committed to recruiting, training and developing local talent.

Awards and Recognition – During the National Apprenticeship week, 3-7 March 2014, CACHE (Council for Awards in Care, Health and Education) recognised Home from Home Hove as being a runner up for ‘Apprentice Employer of the year 2014’. Our Hove Nursery was also awarded  the ‘New Employer Award’ at the annual Sussex Downs College Apprenticeship Awards which took place during National Apprenticeship Week 3/14.
